My Tiny Landscape is Out Now!

Hello everyone!

My Tiny Landscape is out on Steam right now!

It has been quite a journey to make this game. Originally when I started prototyping, it was supposed to be a survival city builder sequel to Destroy The Monoliths. But after bouncing back from the disappointing sales of Comet Force, I felt the need to shift the project into something different. I was longing for a slower gameplay, for non-violent mechanics, for cozy vibes, for an experience that instills a deep appreciation of nature. At the time, games such as Islanders and Terra Nil were of great inspiration, and this is how My Tiny Landscape came to be.

I am really happy about the end result. The game really fits the vision I had and the experience I want it to convey, with its minimalist design and its serene atmosphere. There is a puzzle aspect to it, but I would like to make it clear it is not meant to foster deeply complex strategy. It it meant to be interesting enough to engage in this chill experience about rebuilding a tiny landscape. The scoring rules serve as a guide to create an harmonious land, not as stressing constraints. I hope the game gives you that liberating window to escape from the urge of optimizing every action, and instead indulge your creativity to create a peaceful world you are proud of.

If you already played the demo, I hope you will have fun discovering what the full game has to offer. It brings in new features, such as new types of scoring rules, new shapes for range areas (including asymmetric ones you can rotate!) and even magic runes to enchant tiles and make future moves more powerful.

In the end, this is 56 different biomes and more than 175 elements you can experiment with to compose your landscapes. Don’t hesitate to share screenshots of your creations in the Steam community hub!

The -20% launch discount will last until February 7. If you are unsure if this game is for you, I encourage you to give a try to the demo, it will stay up. If you want to support my work further, you can use the ‘Game + OST‘ bundle to purchase the game with the soundtrack. Or you can also use the ‘All of Radiant Sloth‘ bundle to discover my other games. They are all discounted at the moment! Another great way of supporting my work is simply spreading the word. Let people around you know about this game. Getting visibility in the indie scene is difficult, and every bit of help matters! Leaving a review to share your honest thoughts on the game is also the best way to get more visibility in the store and help My Tiny Landscape find the audience it is made for.

Finally, if you have feedback, suggestions, or encounter bugs, you can post in the Steam forums, I’ll do my best to keep improving the game.

I hope you have fun playing My Tiny Landscape, and that you create many happy little landscapes.

Thanks a lot for your support, and see you soon!
